Pre-Order & Custom-Made Items
Some of our products are available as pre-orders and made to order.
If an item is made specifically according to your measurements, specifications or personal requirements or is a pre-order the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply, as permitted by applicable law.
Returns
For standard items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To request a return, contact us at ayue.support@gmail.com and include your order number.
After notifying us, you must send the item back within 14 days.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Clothing can be tried on to check the size and fit, but should not be used beyond what is necessary to inspect it. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order after receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us at ayue.support@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming products are not affected by this policy.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, you can return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
Refunds
Once you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option available at the time of purchase.
The refund will be made using the original payment method.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation request. However, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof that you have sent it back, whichever happens first.
